CLIENT MEET UP
I have been very fortunate in that the nature of my job is that I work alone managing expensive and rare car collections. I have to ensure each car is taxed, serviced, cleaned and detailed, taken to shows and sold when required by my clients. As such, I have been able to work through lockdown but missed the actual physical and human conversation I so enjoy.
However, I recently met up with some of my clients and suppliers at Hever Castle in Kent where we had a great day engaging in conversation and a photoshoot to help bolster our marketing ideas and social media content.
I had arranged for John England to build a range of his bespoke ‘Cabungs’ to be fitted to the cars whilst at Hever Castle. John’s website is www.cabung.com These effectively stop items falling down between the vehicle’s front seats and the centre dash. An ingenious idea that so many of my prestige car clients have purchased for their cars.
David Marsh of www.davidjmarsh.co.uk was the man who had built all of our websites and was also taking the photographs from the day.
I was pleased to see the Paul & Denise Brooks has taken the decision to hire out their prestige cars for wedding, proms, commercial events and promotions and were at Hever Castle to join in the fun. There new website, which is being built, will be at www.drivenelegamce.com will provide details on their cars and services.
Mark Farell was onsite from www.marells.com as he is my main vehicle detailer and had prepared the cars for the photoshoot.
As for myself, I am always keen to work with people who have private car collections that need managing and promoting. You can find my details at www.c-v-m.co.uk
